whoa, whoa settle down there killa. Lipo is a nuh no. Lookit- i know how you feel alota chix do. You cant just wait till you got the dough and get the fat blasted from your body. in order for a teenager to lose wait- and fast- thats what we want right- have a caloric intake of 500 calories. do some kind of exercise for 15 min. every other day or so- and drink plenty of h2o WHICH i used to hate- now im seen craddeling a water bottle constantly. i went from 145 to 125. yes'm in less than 2 months.
