This...is...what i did: us, teen chix, to lose weight should maintain a daily caloric intake of 500 to lose weight. I had about 600, did some kind of exercise for only 15- 20 min ecery other day and drank alota h2o. it was worth it. it was fun too. but i promise this will work if all else fails. |
