hey courtney, Thanks for e-mailing me back. I get what you mean about the free "A" in gym class. My home-ec teacher told us today that her aunt stopped eating after 6pm and didn't drink carbinated drinks and she lost alot of weight. I am going to try it and I will tell you how it wlrks out.(email back)
