my problems alot like yours. What I do is drink diet soda. It hardly has any calories so you can drink as much of it as you like. At school I usually go for fairly healthy options like jacket potatoes or something. People dont realise Im on a diet. I dont like salads so I dont eat those, and if I do get something fattening with my friends, I usually dont eat breakfast and only have an apple and go for a walk to make up for it.
