I know how you feel, taht's how i felt a month ago. I hated myself for Being fat. Well anyway you can start by getting organized and you should set an eating timetable so that you wouldn’t be eating all the time. And always remember to exercise at least three times a week. Now days a lot of people go on this 'no eating diet'. Well all I have to say about it is that it’s unhealthy and it gives you mental disorder. So if you want to loose weight fast and healthily, just exercise and eat low fat healthy food. Do not eat to much cryohydrate unless you’re going to exercise after that. Like for lunch or something. Never take it for dinner. And eat a lot of veggies. Never forget to dink a lot of water. I’m in the middle of it and it is working for me. I have been on it for about a month and if I can do it, trust me anyone else can too. So far I lost about 8 pounds. And I’m hoping to loose more. Hope you take my advice and most of all hope life gets better.
