| Reply from estee, Age 11 - 10/10/01 - IP#: 24.130.17.154 bigbb_39-c2125 first off u have to love ur self! i know this is the hardest thing anyone can ever tell u! its hard to let ur gaurd down. the first time i did it my whole class made fun of me. i defenitly know how it feels.why dont u try eating 2 slices of pizza insted of 4. i used to eat 5 or 6 before i could stop myself, now i only eat 1 or 2.if u arnt satisfied with two slices go get some protine! try turkey, veggie dogs, fat free cheese, soy beans (yum)! that how ive started losing weight. ive lost 15 pounds so far and have kept it off. i need to eat a lot of stuff to be full, so i ate healthy stuff. i t works! |
