hold on just a minute now girl......diets pills? at your age? that's a very dangerous thing to do.....! anyways, i used to be heavy too...but now i'm at a pretty desent weight, it just requires a little patience. try this, about 5 to 10 minutes before you eat a meal, drink a glass of water and mix in AT LEAST two table spoons of apple cider viniger. or just take two table spoons of plain aple cider viniger directly before you eat, and direstly after you eat. also, try drinking eight full glasses, or bottles of water a day. try staying away from salty foods and sugary foods as much as you possibly can, you can eat them everyonce in a while...but don't go overboard. you can start doing jumping jacks everyday, start out by doing 20, then the next day add 20 more, and so on. also, while your watching tv, or when your at school sitting in a desk it helps if you move your body a little, for instance shuffling your feet. if you want more help just e-mail me at curious_kitten_007@hotmail.com, i'll be sure to e-mail you back asap!
