I find myself constantly eating also... and then I look in the mirror and ask myself why I did that, I wasn't hungary. My best advice would be to know that you are a beautiful person and that you are loved! You can join a dance group, or go to a close park and shoot some hoops... that is one of my hobbies. But you could just go for a walk, or babysit some kids who like to play outside. That would keep you from not eating and get you out to play and get a little exercise. You also have to TELL yourself that you don't want those chips in the cubboard and that you ARE STRONG... I write little Abbreviations on my hands that remind me that I am strong... like y.a.b. or y.d.n.t- YOU ARE BEAUTIFUl and YOU DON'T NEED THAT!
