Another thing you can try is to play soccer or baseball with your friends(try to get athletic ones so you want to try harder) and the pounds will melt off. With the food, I think that you should just think before you eat something,"Do I really need this?". Because all i know is that i tell myself oh, its one more peice it won't make me gain too much, but in the end, I feel horrible. So try to excerize and think about what your eating. |
