Hi Faren! My name is Kate and I am 13. I have lost 6 lbs since about 2 weeks with advice from the people who replied to my notice. It is simple. Eat whatever you like but only eat half of it. For example,instead of eating a whole pizza eat half and leave the rest until the next day.
