| Reply from andrew, Age 16 - 9/16/01 - IP#: 62.6.97.107 bigbb_19-c1962 a few tips, drink ice cold water, your body uses kcals to heat it up, eat grapefruit and have coffe in the morning the combination increases your metabolisam for a while, remember it takes 2 days to store fat so if you have an off day dont loose hope just make up for it in the next two days, cycle your eating, too low a calorie intake for too long a time will slow down your metabolisam, increase it by treating yourself, say once a week, and eat slowly it takes about 15 mins for the body response to tell you that your full, if youve eaten all your meal by then you may have eaten too much, hunger comes in cycles and often you can mistake feelings of hunger for thirst, if you feel hungry try drinking some water and waiting 10 to 15 mins, the feeling may well pass, keep up the good work these tips and others have worked for me so i know it can be done. |
