| Reply from danielle, Age 14 - 9/9/01 - IP#: 24.101.118.139 bigbb-c1918 hey, just fyi, crunches wont help at all becuase they just strengthen your muscles underneath. you could have kller abs and still be overweight since your muscles are covered by fat! if you really wanna make a difference, combine cardio exercise (like running, areobics or swimming) with muscle toning exercises (like crunches). also, dont go on a diet, just remember - everything in moderation (like not to much of anything) and youll be fine |
