I think that you should drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. My mom goes to weight watchers and the persont that taught it said that it does not matter what time you eat as long as you eat something like a carrot or a piece of bread and a glass of water. The reason why most people say that eating late is bad is because people usually tend to eat fatty foods at night. GOOD LUCK!
