Crunches and reverse crunches are good. But these exercises only build muscle. They'll burn a little fat, but you'll still have fat on top of your muscles. Trust me, I know. I have that problem, but I'm working on fixing it. You should also do an aerobic exercise. Walking works the abdominal muscles as well as your legs. Playing sports helps, too. Just be active.
