| Reply from noelle, Age 12 - 8/24/01 - IP#: 64.12.102.172 bigbb-c1791 hi nina my advise is get rid of the junk food! because,if its in the house chances are you'll have that craving and you'll eat away! i am 111 pounds and i am working on losing weight myself and that is what i am going to do! eat healthy! tell your parents or legal guardian to buy things such as assorted fruits and vegitables. eating meat is good but i dont eat meat thats just me. But if u eat meat make sure it isnt so rare so you dont bring up your cholesterol.I have to say that yoga and dancing is the best excersize for me, sit ups are great too but they can be very hard! anywayz i hope i helped u! |
