What has worked for me is drinkings lots and lots of ice water, (I keep a bottle with a pop top with me all the time so when I feel like I'm going to grab some food... I drink the water) chewing sugarless gum when I get the munchies and for a 1/2 an hour everyday, I walk, dance or play with my dogs. Something that would get you moving. And smile, you feel like moving when your happy. Hope this helps :o) |
