Also, drink ice water, the cold water can take the desire to eat a lot away and it fills up your tummy. Lots of water!! and last go in your room..turn on your favorite, fast moving CD and DANCE. My mom puts on the Venga Boys and I can't help it. You just gotta dance to their party songs!!! She told me that dancing or walking for 1/2 an hour every day will really help and she's right.. I feel so much better. I'm 150lbs overweight and she makes it fun so it doesn't seem like exercising. I hope this helps, I has really helped me. |
