Hey girl! if you like chocolate, and cant live without it, I say that if you go to like macs or something, buy a chocolate bar, but DONT OPEN IT! put it on the dresser by your bed, and look at it wenever you get around to it. look at how much fat is in it and how much it would make you gain. once you have gone a week and a half of just looking at it, but not eating any sweets, open it, and break off a very small piece. eat the piece, then wrap up the bar and put it back on your dresser. every week and a half, break off another tiny piece, smaller and smaller each week, until you have gone as small as you can. then you have almost conquered your chocolate cravings. go as long as you possibly can without eating any chocolate , and then when you cant stand it any longer...............................................................give it to a sibling or parent and watch them eat it , it will really make you not crave chocolate so much! good luck!
