Instead of pop, you may as well eat a bowl of sugar! That is how fattening it is. It can also give you cancer, and it rots your stomach. I know! It is awful! it would be better to drink skim milk or water, no pop, it will get you to your goal, but pop (even diet pop) will actually make you gain weight. |
