Instead of trying to loose weight, try to GAIN weight. I know it sounds crazy, but since your not overweight you could work on your muscle. Plus, when u exorcise not only do you gain muscle, but your motabolism goes up (meaning you loose LOTS of fat). But 130 is perfectly healthy-- I 5'10-5'11 and i weight 150, and most of it's muscle).
