Reply from m, Age 15 - 8/19/01 - IP#: 63.108.55.85instead of starving yourself, moderately eat meat, mainly chicken...drink at least a gallon of water a day and do alot of exercise but in 30 min increments . eat lots of fruits and veggies..u'll get the same effect of starving yourself. just make sure you excercise. you could damage you eyes starving your self. wana be blind?? |
