Because if you eat when you are starving you tend to eat more and also tend to full youself and maybe keep eating too. I am wiegh 116 and I am 4'9". And if you don't care about wieght that much justthink about that whoevr takes atvantege of you becase you have something tey like they are not your friend. And friends aren't your friends if they don't go for your peronality. ;) That stuff may sound like that has nothing to fo with it but it really does.
