I would not advise that you drink just water alone, but to aid any kind of weight loss, you need to consume about 8 glasses (250ml a glass) a day, or just as much as you can-well anything more than ur drinking now is better isn't it?...it won't work miracles, but it WILL help, just get rid of water retention and things like that, plus it'll work wonders for ur insides and ur skin!!...but only water-not with squash/fruit cordial. Right, as for the second part of ur question the Dr Atkins diet...i really do recommend that if ur serious about this than u should buy the new diet revolution book and some ketosis strips. I'm not sure if ur familiar with the diet, but in short you can eat as much fish, meat, eggs, and protein foods like that, plus cheese and cream. things that u r not allowed to eat are bread, pasta, cereal or high carbo's. the hardest part of the diet is the first 2 wks called induction where u will also lose a rapid weight, if done properly. and then u can slowly introduce carbs again. i really do recommend buyin the book. but in meantime, if u need anymore info, email and b specific nicejam2001@yahoo.com.
