I think Ariel is very wrong. You should find the willpower then start to eat 3 healthy meals a day with no snacks in between .If you feel hungry, just nibble on a piece of fruit or go for a walk or do something to take your mind off the hunger. You should try 2 focus on a goal 4 yourself,when u achieve something,say weightloss or even just going 4 a walk 4 now give yourself abreak and reward yourself 4 your efforts,not by a "food" treat but say something 4 yourself like a c.d. ,make-up, or a fashion accsesssory and when you start loosing some weight let your goal be a new wardrobe!!!! Its easy 4 me 2 say all this but its really up 2 u weather u want 2 make the effort and loose some wieght????do u think???? remember dont make food your enemy.kate
