Reply from Samantha, Age 16 - 8/11/01 - IP#: 209.206.177.100Hi, i am 5'6'' and 153 lbs. The diet i am on you probably don't aprove of, but it's the no eating diet. I mean, i nibble, or i use too, but for the past month i have lost 23 lbs, and i plan to loose 20 more before school. Or at least that's what i am planning to do. But the smartest thing to do is eat three small meals a day and no snacking and exercise like maybe running. Or situps or crunches, that's what i do. Hope i helped you!!!
