But if you really want to lose weight....DO IT. Say no to junk food. Eat less. Do a few sit ups a day..there easy and dont take more than a few minutes. It's not hard you just have to stick with it, and want this. If you really wanted this bad enough you'd do this. Eat only 2000 calories a day. And easily by doing that you'll lose 2 pounds a week. You can do this, good luck. |
