Hey adam I think the fastest way to lose weight is to drink 8 glasses or more of water a day and walk even if you start walking for only 10 mins. a day then each day raise it then soon you can turn the walk into a jog then after a while a run don't over do it because eventually you will get tired and want to quit do it until you know I did it but I didn't over do it. don't sell yourself out and only do it for 10 mins after a long time higher up your time once your old time is easy for you. And most important of all don't eat until your full eat until you know you ate enough food to last you and evry time you crave something eat a healthy snack like a vegetables of fruit just keep going and don't give up
