Reply from sarah, Age 12 - 8/9/01 - IP#: 209.128.165.221first of all, there is no short cuts to loosing weight. you have to be patient. you could loose weight in 30 days, but don't over do yourself. take it at a nice pace and hten speed up, but only when you are ready. try exercising before you eat. it'll speed up your metabolism which digests the food and all the fat won't go straight to your stomach. don't just do crunches. they only work the upper part of your abs. come to the meeting next monday (13) and i'll give you more tips. we are having a support group meeting, and i'm the pres. i missed our first one, but i won't the second. i hope you can be there. if you wanna e-mail me, it's at blondie_one2007@yahoo.com. please no attachments. |
