I think that you really need help from a doctor. Dieting may not be for you because of your eating habits, but you gotta start somewhere. First you need a positive attitude about losing weight so you can kick that extreme binging on food that you do. And whatever exercise that you can do, DO IT!! Good luck, I hope you do well.
