I'd pick out something I like about my self and focus on that. For instance, I'd pick my hair because it's long. But if you can't keep yourself from focusing on, for example, your hips, do something about it. If you just feel fat, maybe you need stronger muscles. Try yoga or lifting weights. That might help.
