Reply from Andreina, Age 12 - 8/5/01 - IP#: 198.81.17.47Hey,I was almost the same like you.But when joined sports like at school really worked alot.You can also eat what you are used to but always eat the half of it.For example If you are to eat a hambuger only eat half.Also try to eat lots of fruit and veggies,especially alot of water, at least three glasses a day .Hope my advice helps you like it helped me.Good luck :) |
