If you really think you are overweight go to the bmi calculator and determine just how bad it is. You can solve this, you just have to have some faith in yourself. My suggestion on days that you are very hungry but it is not quite time to eat yet, take a tablespoon of sugar and eat that. It will make you want more sugar. Then 15 minutes later eat some vegetables and it will suppress your appetite. Good luck, and don't get down on yourself. |
