It takes changing your eating habbits for awhile, but it would be worth it. Through the day you only take-in 2000 calories. And you'll be taking in less. And it should work. And stay away from junk food, and fat calories. Angel cake is not at all fatening and it's one of my favorite, I think that's really good, and it's like the best diet food. Also to lose more weight do little things like just by taking a walk everyday..you dont have to over work yourself with exercise. Anyway good luck. |
