Reply from anne, Age 15 - 8/3/01 - IP#: 216.67.21.244I wouldn't really recommend eating only a scoop of rice at night. Sure, it's eating less and you might loose weight, but it's really not healthy. Studies have shown that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because you burn the calories during the day. A good way to eat would be a nice healthy breakfast in the morning, a medium-sized lunch in the afternoon, and a small dinner in the evening. This way you can still eat and loose weight. Also being active in sports or doing exercises help. |
