Hi, I just read you're email, and thought to myself that i would really like to ask you a question. You will probably think that i'm stupid for asking this, but i'll ask anyway. How did you get to be a size 8? I have been seriously overweight for years now and i just can't lose the weight. I could really use some good tips from a successor.
