Hey, I'm sorta in the same situation as you. But I'm still starving myself and I have about 20 pounds to go till sept. But to lose just 10 pounds, you dont have to stop eating, or over work yourself with exercise. Drink water, eat salads, eat angel food cakes, fruits/vegies. Theres a lot of good foods you could eat and that have no fat, just concentrate on that. And you'll lose 2-3 pounds a week.
