Reply from candy, Age 13 - 7/28/01 - IP#: 202.156.0.7i do not take snacks. even if i do, they r healthy low fat ones. i get exercise from dancing, basketball and running. i eat not alot. but i intake lots of salt. my fren told me it was better to eat more salt coz it will make you thristy and you will drink more water to fill your belly but some one else said it will absorb more water and will increase your weight. basicaly i love water. so i drink lots. |
