NEVER EVER SKIP BREAKFAST! and no.. u are so NOT allowed to eat supper. because when u are in a sleepy state... ur body burns fat slower.. which means you gain TWICE the fat. Snacks are ok if you are not gorging yourself on fried chicken wings or icecream or whatever. I suggest fruit juice with a slice of white bread(nothing on it)
