i had problems there, too, until i joined a 24 hour fitness. in the strength training area, there is a machine called the LEG PRESS. you start to see and feel the results within DAYS. this machine builds muscle, and with an added cardio routine to burn calories and fat, you can kiss your flab goodbye!
