Reply from Josie, Age 16Hi Megan I know exactly how you feel. I always compare myself to my friends who are skinnier than me. I constantly try different things to lose weight. Some days I'll starve myself, and other days I'll eat alot, and make myself throw up. All my friends tell me that I'm not fat, but I feel like I am, and a lot of my friends are much thinner than me. I always try to control myself and not eat, but it's really hard. Anyways, I think what we both need is to just feel better about ourselves and how we look, build up some self confidence, and not care so much about BEING SKINNY! |
