My cousin and I are going to start walking everyday and cutting back on carb loaded foods and meats. We have cut out sweets and fried foods. You shouldn't cut out on carbs, but it is good to replace them sometimes with fruits or veggies. Dannon light n fit yogurt is also a good thing for breakfast or snacks. You should also eat less red meats and pork. Eat more chicken and fish, not fried. Those are some tips. Good luck and wish me luck. |
