What I try to do to loose weight and get thinner is: I eat little meals every 4 hours, and right after the meal I workout. Pay attention to the calories though. Make sure you don't get to carried away. You, at your height should be eating about 12,000 calories a day. So, after dinner, I run around my pool (if you don't have one don't worr, just run in the back yard or around you apt. complex, whever you might live) ant then I do a muscle workoout and streches.
