Hello there! I am 15 almost 16 in September.. I am entering my sophmore year as well... I am 5'5" and weigh about 180-190... but the thing is i am very active .. i am in volleyball, basketball and track as well and in the fall i do marching band.. Yea i am overweight and i haven't found anything that will help me lose any of it.. I weightlift a lot and i used to be 140 just about 7 months ago.. maybe less and i haven't found a way yet to help me cause i am gaining soo much more muscle but i can tell you that before what i did was i just tried my hardest to eat a fruit or veggie, a small meat, somekind of bread(for lunch and dinner) and then had a glass of water.. this helps a lot.. i lost abotu 15lb quickly before i started lifting.. this helped alot.. of course i was always tryign to walk and stuff to exercise!
