If you have a chance, check out this months Reads Digest.They have an article on losing weight. I have a calorie diary,a motivation book (pictures of skinny people) and a goal paper. I figure if I eat no more than 1500 calories, I should lose weight. Maybe it will work for you too. But make sure that you do some research first. prevention.com is a great web sight that I found. You can plan meals and excercise routines. You can also find out many calories you have burned with a special tool. TRY it. It just might work for you! |
