It may be hard to lose that much weight in such a short period of time, but I have a few suggestions on how to begin. First of all, write down everything you eat for a few days. Notice if you tend to eat a lot of candy or drink too many sodas. If so, begin to cut them out of your diet. I have heard that in order to lose a lb., you must burn an extra 3500 calories. If you figure out how many calories you are consuming, you can cut it back by 300 or so per day, and add excersize to burn off an additional 200. Then you should theoretically lose one pound in a week. Hope this helps.
