Reply from Jennifer, Age 13 - 7/6/07 - IP#: 205.188.200.166hey! some good exercises for your thighs are leg lifts, lunges,and walking!!!! if u really want to slim up your thighs and your stomach too your gonna have to do aroebic exercise...and to tone your lower stomach you can to backward crunches but it wont get rid of the fat...only aroebic exercise will do that.good luck! |
