Reply from jessica, Age 13 - 6/28/01 - IP#: 166.102.184.155All u gota do is , drink more water {8 glasses a day} eat onely fruits and vegis for snacks,find a nice open space in your house or outside& exercise 4 about 20 minuits every 4-5 hours and u should lose about 5 lbs a week!I am on the first page of the bulletin board , so if u got any tips 4 me I would appreciate it if u write some. thanx,Jessica************* |
