Reply from Teresa, Age 13 - 6/28/01 - IP#: 64.12.102.49your really not that bad, just keep exercising and everytime your about to eat something ask yourself, am i eating this because i am bored or epressed, or am i really in fact hungry? if you are hungry, then eat it but make sure that u dont eat too much of it because experts say "if you have a craving, relax and think about something totally different from food, in 10 minutes the craving should pass and you can go on with your life! :-) |
