When I was 12 I weighted about 165lbs, I was in grade 6 and I was probably the fattest grade 6 girl anyone would have ever known. I was short too which made it worse and one day my grandparents asked me if I wanted to lose weight and I said yes and they helped me go on a diet. I still ate the same foods I had always eaten but I drank about 5 glasses of water every day, strawberries and strawberries and more strawberries and cut out the chips, pop, sugar and candy stuff. The secret is to eat 6 times a day. a balanced breakfast, lunch and dinner with a lot of fruits and veggies and snacks durring the day like carrot sticks and fruit. It REALLY works. Believe me... I know exactly how you feel! I wish you the best of luck to lose the weight but don't do it for everyone else. Do it for yourself!!
