Pick out something that you like about yourself. Don't concentrate on the negative features. Drink tons of water. Do something other than eat when you're sad. Like listen to music. Or do your homework! Even sleeping is better than eating when you're sad! Find a magazine that has exercises in it that you could do, but only do it to your limit. Like squats. If you can't go down all of the way, don't give up, just go down until you can't do it anymore. Remember: GOD LOVES YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
